Counseling for Adults & Teens in ohio

Individual Counseling- Waitlist Currently Filled

Shauna provides counseling services in person or using a HIPAA compliant online platform to a diverse caseload of adults and adolescents who reside in Ohio. They use a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Strength’s Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT techniques. 

Treatment Focus

Shauna provides client-centered counseling services with an emphasis on empowerment, solidarity, and compassionate understanding. More than anything, they enjoy working with individuals of all cultures, races, ages, spiritualities, sexual orientations, and genders.

Trauma-Informed Care

Shauna believes wholeheartedly in the power of collaboration, trust, and choice within the therapeutic relationship. They work with every client to ensure emotional and physical safety to facilitate long-term healing.
